Domaine Andree Carbone Anjou Rouge ’16

Quite a lot of reduction today, savory nose. A nose which ‘pinote’ a little bit, nice mix of dark and red fruits. Slight vegetal note.
Medium body, quite structured but with supple tannins, earthy/savory with similar profile than the nose. Intense despite a low ABV (12%).
A really good grolleau, built to age nicely. Complex.
