Allimant-Laugner Praelatenberg Rielsing ’16

Known for the finesse and elegance of its wines and mentioned back in 823, Praelatenberg is a 19ha Grand Cru vineyard lying in the middle of Alsace at an elevation of between 250 and 350m on a gneiss bedrock with quartz soils. This is a fantastic price for a wine of this quality, with a stony, steely character, concentration and depth, intense lime zest and developing mature petrol aromas, all capped off by a long, drying finish.
